America spy network lags behind rivals in seizing on intelligence data hiding in plain sight
US intelligence agencies are increasingly failing to provide early warnings about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, according to reports from the Intelligence Community, the US government’s chief inspector of communications, James Jeffrey, at the White House.
