People power : monitoring pollution in China
China’s Green Jiangnan Environmental Enforcement Agency (МЕ) is using continuous emissions data to monitor polluters, according to its chief scientific officer, Shaoda Wang, who has visited the site since the start of the project in 2012. They say they have a significant impact on the environment.
