Oracle to invest $1 . 5 billion in Saudi Arabia , open data center in Riyadh
The world's biggest cloud computing company has announced plans to open a third regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia in the coming years, it has been revealed. Oracle says it is finalising its plans for opening the Riyadh region in 2023.
