DRC first open access , carrier - neutral data centre comes online in Q2 2023
One of the world’s largest digital hubs is to open in 2023, according to a joint venture between the West African Infrastructure Investment Fund (TEXAF) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), which aims to boost the country's digital ecosystem.
