Study : Extra 20 Minutes of Daily Physical Activity Helps Prevent Hospitalizations
A new study shows that adding 20 minutes more exercise to your day could lower your likelihood of future hospitalisation due to a serious medical condition, according to the British Medical Association (BMJ). The BBC’s Chris Stokel-Walker reports.
