Filecoin Virtual Machine Goes Live on Mainnet , Now Supports Smart Contracts and User Programmability

The Filecoin payment system has launched its virtual machine mainnet, making it the largest upgrade in the history of the network in more than a decade, with developers being able to port existing contracts without changing the EVM contract between them.
