EU pharmaceutical reforms fail to confront reality of medicine shortages
The European Parliament is expected to debate a draft draft of medicine rules on Tuesday, which could see the number of critical medicines out of stock in the Republic of Ireland increase by more than 50%.In Ireland, media has been reporting on medicine shortages of everything from HRT treatments to life-saving treatment for leukaemia, epilepsy and diabetes.
