New tech allows Windsor crews to scout for potholes by driving over them
Drivers in Windsor are being encouraged to drive alongside potholes during the winter season, according to the city's maintenance co-ordinator, Roberta Harrison. Here, she describes how they feel the impact of the pothole season.
