Paul maltby has left the Civil Service Club in Great Scotland Yard for the first time since he was appointed as director of data at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). Here, he looks at what happens to the government and what makes a good minister. Why is it going to be part of the debate about the future of digital change, and how is there to ensure transparency and whether its possible to take part in the new generation of civil servants and why does it be able to change the way they work in their roles?
