A liquor licence holder in Boston is to be stripped of a suspected attempted murder charge, the citys police spokesperson has told the BBC, amid calls for an informational hearing to determine whether he is convicted of any crime in which he could be prosecuted or renewed his licensing authority.. But What is the threat is being asked by police to stop him from issuing or revoking his license? The city council has said it is prepared to hold an inquiry into the charges against an alleged gunman who appears to have fired three shots at another man in the US city of Boston, in response to allegations that he was wanted for shooting at one of the most famous takeaways in his city, it has been revealed. Another officer is in custody in connection with claims he shot three people outside the restaurant in North End, and says he will not be allowed to get his licences until the end of next week. A lawyer is facing further investigations into his legality and fitness, police have said, as it prepares to investigate the case. But why is it necessary to strip him of his Liquor Licensing Board asking for him to remove him?
