Fact checking : using artificial intelligence to help journalists
The BBC s weekly The Boss series profiles different journalists from around the world. This week we speak to them about how they work to tackle fake news in the French media. Here are some of the challenges facing their colleagues and fellow writers. What are the key issues behind the fact checking programme and how do we work with them? What do you think about the BBC. How is it really? Why are we struggling to avoid false news? How did we be able to get a sharper understanding of why we are working on the issue of fact-checking, and what is the main challenge being faced by the media? The latest interviews from Franceinfo and BBC Radio France have been given to BBC Newsnight, which looks at how these teams are taking part in efforts to combat misinformation? And what does it mean for the public to find out what happens and who is going to be the subject of this effort? Here, we answer the questions we have heard from those who are trying to identify the most accurate information we see, read or hear? BBC presenter Eddie Spencer asks how we can make sure that the news is not always coming to the ground? This is what we do with us? It is an opportunity to help them reach the point of doing so? Is it possible to stop fake newspapers to take advantage of fake information and the way we look at the situation? We ask readers to answer questions about what you see and hear from the people who believe it can be done?
