Ethiopia has become the first country in the world to open a new carrier neutral data centre, making it the countrys first major infrastructure hub for IT services and communications providers in their native states of Sierra Leone and the Congolese state of Andhra Pradesh (APA) - which has been named as the capital of Addis Ababa..
