Buenos Aires has launched the development of its fourth Open Government Action Plan, reaffirming its longstanding commitment to the Open Government Partnership (OGP) since 2016. This process prioritizes a co-creation methodology, actively engaging civil society as well as the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. The goal is to design joint commitments that address citizen priorities through more transparent, efficient, and evidence-based public management. By incorporating diverse voices in the definition of public agendas, it strengthens accountability and provides concrete tools to reinforce local democracies. This initiative is crucial for the open data field, as transparency and collaboration are intrinsic pillars to ensure that public information is accessible, useful, and trust-building.
