INEI link de resultados 2025: consulta si fuiste preseleccionado como censista - El Tiempo

The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) has launched the pre-selection phase for the 2025 National Census, advancing thousands of candidates to mandatory virtual training. This streamlined digital approach enables participants to review essential field operation concepts and interview techniques before taking an elimination exam. By shifting initial training online, the process enhances accessibility and efficiency, reducing the administrative burden typically associated with large-scale recruitment. Successful candidates will then attend in-person workshops and sign their final contracts before census operations begin in early August. The structured timeline ensures that personnel are adequately prepared to collect accurate demographic and household data. This preparation is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the statistical information that will guide national policy and resource allocation for the next decade. This announcement underscores the growing reliance on digital infrastructure in public sector recruitment. It demonstrates how open data initiatives and transparent, accessible digital platforms can modernize government operations. By making selection criteria and training materials available online, the INEI promotes transparency and accountability, serving as a model for how state institutions can leverage technology to engage citizens and ensure efficient service delivery.
