Vietnam lanza plataforma digital para ejecución de sentencias civiles
Vietnam has officially launched its THADS digital platform, a decisive step toward modernizing the judicial sector through the comprehensive digitalization of civil judgment enforcement. This initiative aims to streamline processes in the face of a growing volume of cases, eliminating administrative and geographic barriers to facilitate access to justice. The platform integrates technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to automate tasks and connect databases from various agencies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in case management. Citizens can interact directly with the system, receiving notifications and accessing case information remotely, thereby democratizing access to public information. This transformation is significant for open data, as the creation of a unified and interconnected database lays the foundation for greater institutional interoperability. By reducing manual workload and improving information flow, Vietnam is advancing toward a more efficient and open government model, where data flows freely among public entities to better serve society.
