Call for entries opens for the Teporaca Prize
The Municipal Institute announces the Municipal Award for Excellence in Sports, recognizing outstanding contributions across various categories. This award honors the efforts of athletes, coaches, and promoters through scholarships and official distinctions. The call for nominations opens a public space to identify and reward local sporting excellence. By making this process transparent and accessible, the municipality encourages citizen participation in physical culture. This initiative is relevant to open data because it promotes institutional transparency by publishing clear criteria and procedures. The digital availability of information facilitates public access, exemplifying how governments can use open channels to strengthen trust and accountability.
