Trumpf acquires Lantek – PES Media
US cutting machine builder Trumpf has bought software firm Lantek for $1.3bn (£1.2m) in a deal aimed at improving sheet metal manufacturing in the UK. Both firms have announced the acquisition of the software company, which has been leading the industry for 35 years.
