Cleaning now the leading cause of Toronto transit bus delays amid coronavirus pandemic
Toronto City Council (TTC) has said it is not responsible for overcrowding during the coronavirus lockdown, according to new figures released by the city's public transport agency CP24 on Wednesday. However, it does not know whether cleaning is contributing to bus delays.
