Funders overstated increase and reinforced inequality , leader says
The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on charity finances has been criticised by a new type of funder, according to the BBC's Financial Vulnerability Response Unit (CBI) in England and Welsh Charities, BBC Wales has learned.
