WHO calls for caution as Covid - 19 restrictions are eased in Africa

More than half of all countries in Africa have stopped tracing the contacts of Covid-19 infections, according to a global health body advising officials in the region. They are no longer carrying out comprehensive surveillance, the BBC has learned.
