NYC Tech Office Unveils Plan to Enhance Digital Literacy
New York City says it wants to improve its digital equity strategy, which aims to boost access to broadband and internet access in cities across the city. The chief technology officer Matt Fraser has called for a fishing pole and water to be inclusive.
