Open Data: Power, Privacy, and the Truth
Open data gives people the power to check facts and find the truth. But it also brings problems. Users can get too much information. They might also worry about their privacy.

This lets people see the real story. However, getting this data takes a lot of work. It is hard for people who do not have the time or skills to do it.

This lets anyone look at the records easily. People can use this data for their own projects. But OCR is not perfect. It can make mistakes.
