Assessing global electricity generation potential from rooftop solar photovoltaics
Solar panels used in homes, commercial and industrial buildings are the fastest deployable electricity generation technology in the world, according to a new study by the Ministry of Renewable Energy (MaREI). Scientists say the technology's potential could be lower than previously thought.
